Condiciones generales:

• Ser mayor de 21 años.
• Adelanto del 20% del pago al hacer la reserva.
Método Pay Pal o Western Union.
• Una vez recibido el pago de la reserva buenosairesgaypads le confirmará su aceptación y confirmación vía e-mail.
• El adelanto de reserva no se reintegrará bajo ninguna circunstancia.
• No hay check in / out.
• La estadía se considera desde el momento de su arribo hasta su partida (independientemente del horario de llegada o salida).
• La capacidad es de 2 pasajeros como máximo.
• No se requiere depósito de garantía, una lista de inventario será provista con detalle del valor de cada ítem. En caso de daños o roturas el total del valor será cargado a su cuenta.
• Fecha de salida anticipada no dará derecho a rembolso alguno.
• Asegúrese de cerrar la puerta de entrada todas las veces, no seremos responsables por posibles pérdidas, daños, o accidentes.
• Cualquier clase de disturbios que molesten a los vecinos será causa de desalojo inmediato.

• Once buenosairesgaypads receives payment, your reservation will be confirmed via e-mail.
• Down payment is non-refundable.
• There are no check in /out requirements. Payments are from the day you arrive and the day you leave, independent of the time of arrival/departure.
• Accommodation is for 1 or 2 guests maximum.
• No deposit is necessary. An Inventory list will be provided including the value for each item. In case of breakages/damages the full amount for the value of each item will be charged.
• No refunds for early departure
• Please be sure to lock the apartment at all times. We can not be responsible for any loss, damages or accidents.
•Disturbances of any kind will result in immediate eviction.

Para tal fin esta habilitado el balcón / deck. Ningún tipo de mascotas será permitido.
